Free gift terms and conditions
To claim a free gift you must quote the relevant gift code when placing your online or telephone order. When shopping online, please enter the code in the ‘Promotional Offers’ box in your shopping basket and follow the on-screen instructions. Your order value must be at least equal to the amount stated necessary to redeem the gift otherwise the code will be rejected. If you subsequently return items from your order (and not the free gift) that would bring the total order value below the minimum qualification limit for the free gift offer, we reserve the right to charge full retail price for the free gift. This amount will be deducted from any refund due back to you for the returned items. Gifts that are promoted on catalogues are only available to the recipient of that catalogue and validation may be required before your order can be processed. Gifts are limited to one per customer unless otherwise stated, while stocks last. We reserve the right to substitute with a product of equal or greater value. In-stock or free guarantee In-stock guarantee applies to select paper, ink and toner cartridges showing the green tick in-stock logo. Because we know how important it is to get the supplies you need, for paper and selected ink and toners where a suitable branded alternative can be used, we will make product substitutions of equal or greater value whenever possible at no additional cost to you, before determining if we are out of stock. If a guaranteed item is out of stock and a substitution cannot be made the item will be backordered and your invoice or account will be adjusted by the free item’s purchase price. There is a limit of one free unit per customer per 30 days. Cancelled orders will not be eligible. To receive the invoice adjustment or account credit, you must agree to have the out-of-stock item backordered. Exact amount credited will be determined by the item’s purchase price, and will equal the unit price you would have originally paid. Credited amount will be limited to one unit of the amount originally ordered (i.e., if 5 cartridges are ordered, credit will equal one cartridge at the 5+ price). In-stock guarantee excludes items discontinued or otherwise affected by manufacturer availability or force majeure. Guarantee covers product availability only and does not apply to delivery. We reserve the right to discontinue this in-stock guarantee offer at any time, for any reason. Price match guarantee If you find a lower price, anywhere else on a new identical item, just show us the lower price within 14 days of your purchase — and we'll match the price or refund the difference. The item must be identical, including quantity, model number, components and UK warranty. For items with a service plan, the plan, provider, and other terms must be the same. The item must be in stock and available for purchase at that price from the main range catalogue of an authorized UK business-to-business mail order reseller, whose authorization we reserve the right to verify. We don’t match our catalogue prices to those on other companies’ web sites. We don’t price match against items sold on auction sites or at local or special events (e.g., grand opening, anniversary or liquidation sales) or contract prices. We don’t price match typographical errors. If an item is marked "clearance", the clearance price is only valid for in stock product that is marked at that clearance price. If another company offers a product that comes with a free or discounted item and Neat Ideas does not carry the free or discounted item, we will only match the price you pay at the point of purchase and will not take the free or discounted item into account. When we compare our price to another company's delivery price, the equivalent delivery charges will be included. If the other company's delivery charges are not supplied, we will add £2.90 to the other company's price. We may limit the quantities of price–matched items, particularly if the other company does. In addition, we reserve the right to limit quantities sold to a customer. This policy is subject to change without notice. Maximum total refunds £50 per customer.
